Q: Does my print have a border?

Images are positioned within the A Series format with a minimum of 3cm white border. The white border varies depending on the size and shape of the original artwork (which are not all painted on an A series size). Please contact us for exact sizing.

Q: What is rolled canvas?

A rolled canvas has not yet been stretched and is not ready to hang on the wall. We use the highest quality archival HP 392 gram canvas. Rolled canvas is shipped rolled up in a tube via Australia Post.

Q: Can I purchase the original artwork?

Yes. Unless already sold, you may purchase the original artwork. Our artworks are printed on various formats and are not necessarily in the A series size. We recommend you contact us for more information regarding the original artwork. Shipping prices for originals vary, and we will confirm the shipping costs when purchasing the original.

Are the prints high quality?

Our high-definition prints are provided with superb-quality inks that convey a perfect likeness of the original.

The elite pro textured paper has a clean white finish that guarantees archival standards.

When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your order in 14 days (Australia Post delivery within Australia).

We offer free shipping on all rolled paper and canvas prints within Australia.

We custom-make prints when they are ordered. This means, you order it, and we go and make it.

Everything is handmade locally in Perth, Western Australia.

We send your order Australia-wide via Australia Post – Express Shipping. We will send you a tracking order once shipped so you can track your order via Australia Post.

Expected shipping times are a best guess only, we use a third-party printer and it is hard to know how busy they currently are.

Delays due to busy periods or shortages of raw materials can happen – and we will keep you informed on the progress via email.

How do I frame rolled prints?

Prints come in A series sizes (A4, A3 A2 etc) so you can purchase the frames from most department stores or professional frame stores.

Purchasing the frame is at your own cost and you need to install the print in the frame yourself.

Prints come with a white border, depending on the size and shape of the original artwork.

Does my print have a border?

What is fine art paper?

This is white, 100% cotton paper with a textured surface that guarantees archival standards.

Our fine art paper is textured, soft, and has a fine surface whilst maintaining a perfect reproduction of sharpness and detail.

Every rolled print includes an additional white border around the printed image.
The border is 3cm for A3 and A2 sizes and 5cm for A1 and A0 sizes.

Rolled fine art paper is shipped rolled up in a postage tube via Australia Post.

What is rolled canvas?

What is stretched canvas?

Stretched canvas is stretched around a wooden frame. The frame is strung at the back and ready to hang.

Our canvas prints are "mirror wrap" where the main image stops at the canvas edge and the wrapped sides are a reflection of the main image.

The final product will be the same dimensions as the selected print size. Stretched canvases are 40mm deep, meaning the mirror reflections will be 40mm deep.

Stretched canvas prints are shipped flat on the canvas – smaller sizes are shipped via Australia Post and larger prints are shipped by an independent courier within Australia.
